Day one!

Started in Astoria at 6 AM. Road 70 miles in Oregon coastal wind and rain. It was a struggle at times but I made it to Tillamook. Now for some Arnica and rest.

Andy, a friend of mine I've known since grade school is 68 years old is hiking the The Pacific Crest Trail, San Diego to Canadian border. There is something in the air this year !
