A bit of a rough start out of Tillamook. Passed by a Dutch Bros coffee thinking I could get one further down the road. Turned out to be 25 miles further down the road in Pacific city. Before Pacific city I reached in my rear bag to grab my water bottle only to find out it leaked and was empty and soaked most items and puddled at the bottom of the bag. I had four major climbs, which took about an hour each. Pulled into a driveway because there was a sign that said RV and camping but they had a large guard turkey which got aggressive and attacked me at one point. The people were really nice and said I could camp in their yard but I didn’t feel like it was a good match so I rode another 20 miles, where I am now, at the Grande Ronde casino and hotel, indulging on pizza and french fries. My timing was good though, as I missed two rain storms, and rode my second 70 mile day.
