Eddyville, Illinois

Took a rest day here at Hayes Canyon Campground. Richard Hultz came down from Charleston to join me for a couple nights. Known him since kindergarten! He took me to Garden of the Gods recreation area in the Shawnee national Forest, which had spectacular views and interesting rock formations. We also had a nice dinner in Harrisburg and some good times together.
